Terms for Standard Scheduled Courses

All fees must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to the course. In the event that Imago have to cancel or reschedule a course delegates will be offered a choice of a transfer to the next available course, a place on an alternative Imago course of their choosing, or a full refund.


For cancellations received at least 4 weeks prior to the course, all fees will be fully refunded. Those received 2-4 weeks before the course will get a 50% refund. Cancellations withing 14 days cannot be refunded. We will not charge if you substitute delegates.

All cancellations, transfers and delegate name changes must be advised in writing to
Training Admin.
